Eltham Redbacks FC recognises the right of each member to experience a safe, inclusive and enjoyable football environment. To that end, the club expects certain standards of behaviour from all members in order to build this environment. The standards are underpinned by the following core values:
- To act within the rules and spirit of football;
- To display respect and courtesy towards everyone involved in football and prevent discrimination and harassment;
- To prioritise the safety and well-being of children involved in football; and
- To encourage and support opportunities for participation in all aspects of football.

We have adopted the Codes of Conduct for both Players and Parents, based on codes of conduct adopted by Football Australia and Football Victoria.
